The question was how do I heal this depression. The answer that came back was:

When one asks others to accept without having prepared anything, one becomes a target.

Hello, yes it sounds depressing indeed. However 42.6 is not always negative, as you can become a target for good things. Here you get either the reason why you are depressed, or the way you can get out of depression. It looks to me that you need to share with others the real reason of your depression in order to get help from them, since the transformation 3 is about getting help from others.
