Chapter 1: http://www.taoism.net/ttc/complete.htm
The Yi Jing commented:
TTC 1: The nameless is the origin of Heaven and Earth -> 64
The formation
64 - Instability
One must show patience and only act knowingly. They are cautious and inform their relatives.
My interpretation:
We could conduct the study differently, for example by asking Who is the nameless?, but here we choose to learn only what the oracle wants to teach us. There are two ways to interpret this line: Heaven and Earth created by the nameless, or Heaven and Earth being created because of the nameless. Follow-up questions will allow us to elaborate. You can jump to the Conclusion at the end of this post if you wish to skip the interpretations of the readings.

Conclusion:
The nameless must be the Chaos, since the Chaos always changes it cannot be named. The eternal name is different in that it always evolves. The hexagram 64 represents Chaos so the answer is very clear from the start.
The comment of the hexagram 64 is very rich and allows many follow-up questions: One must show patience and only act knowingly. They are cautious and inform their relatives.
The question Who must show patience? was very difficult to interpret. We have received 59.1.5. The first line shows the entities that are selfish and have reservations, and the fifth line the entities that are selfless and want to separate from the entities that have reservations. Those who have to endure the separation are the selfish who don't want to help others or even ask them for help, and also the selfless who go to Earth to help the selfish coming back to Heaven.
To the question Patience about what? then the answer was very clear: 18.2, so the need is to show patience about helping the weakest gently.
About acting knowingly, we have asked What kind of action? and received 11.3 as answer, so this is about solving problems. The problems to solve are the four last lines of the hexagram 24: returning to fix one own's errors, being able to support the weakness of others, recognizing one own's mistakes, and finally being able to stop evading the problems.
Caution follows this advice since to the question Cautious about what? the answer was 30.1.2, which is about understanding that clearing the misunderstandings requires patience.
The relatives are the younger entities (souls, persons) who are sent to Earth to learn about being less unstable. They need to learn to stop creating problems and their doubts about returning to Heaven must be cleared
Those relatives have to be informed about sharing (8.1.4.5). Those who don't help are sent away (54.2). 8.1 is about waiting patiently and refraining from taking action in order to find the Tao or God. 8.4 is about how loving God or the Tao is a sure way to join them. 8.5 is about being volunteer to leave Earth and return to Heaven.
8.1.4.5 turns into 51, which is about encouraging those who have lost God or the Tao (and have been sent away) to return.
This is an extremely difficult reading, which gave us a lot of insight. What is described here has some similarities with the myth of Eden, which is not surprising.
If you look at the nuclear hexagrams, you can see that the hexagram 64 is the nuclear of the hexagram 63 and vice-versa. Order inside Chaos, and Chaos inside Order, they need each other to exist. This is a form of True Love as expressed poetically by Avital Raz in her song Regarding Angels:
However the hexagram 63 does not represent the Tao or God. This is the role of the hexagram 1 named Evolution. So, the True Lover of God or the Tao, would be represented by the hexagram 2 named Obedience. We need to be careful to not be confused because Heaven and Earth are also represented by the hexagrams 1 and 2. Those who don't obey to God or the Tao are sent to Earth and obedience to the Tao (wu wei) or God is the way to return to Heaven.
