The reading 41.1.5.6 shows that the purpose of the air strike was to compel Doctor Without Borders to leave the area.
This reading appeared to be very clear at the beginning, then became more difficult with the follow-up questions. It can be challenging to ask those questions but in the same time it adds depth to the oracle's insight.
